Wandering Traveler

"Pathmaker, there is no path. You make the path by walking."

Antonio Machado

Somajna

The body knows what the mind is trying to understand.

Our work is with individuals and organisations navigating through the most signficant transitions in their life.

Who we are

Being human is to live in constant awe and intrigue of our potential. Even more so as the world changes and each of us are called to face and embrace our vulnerabilities.

We are curious learners with rich experience of working in global, multi-cultural organisations, as well as budding new enterprises.

Our expertise covers interventional disciplines in organisation development including team and executive coaching, appreciative inquiry, mindfulness, culture and inclusion, leadership development & performance consulting. We thoughtfully integrate poetry, music, art, yoga and other traditions into our work.
