Nick Abel
Partner
Nick has spent much of his life observing and listening [some would say talking and they’d also be right] across cultures, across contexts, and in the quiet spaces between words. He’s an experienced coach, a mentor, and a psychotherapist. A published author, poet and playwright, he also lends his voice to recording audio for meditation and wellbeing, along with our own programs.

A storyteller at heart and curious about what helps us stay connected to ourselves and to each other.

Having lived with questions he couldn’t easily answer, and no formulas to rely on, what he offers is shaped by a mix of lived experience, neurodiversity, creative expression, and an ongoing practice of showing up honestly, imperfectly, and with care.

Working with individuals and teams going through transitions, grappling with identity, seeking clarity, or just needing space to breathe and reflect, he walks with people through change, the kind that doesn’t always have a name. Sometimes with words. Sometimes with silence. Always with intention.
