These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between SOMAJNA LLP, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).
By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
You agree not to use the website and/ or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.
You agree and acknowledge that website and the Services may contain links to other third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third party websites.
You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the us for the Services.
You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy
SOMAJNA LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a fair cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy:
Cancellation and refund requests mainly pertain to Somajna retreats, coaching sessions, workshops and diagnostic tools. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to our vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of delivering them.
SOMAJNA LLP does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like food, drinks etc that may be part of retreats or programs conducted by Somajna. However, refunds can be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of service delivered was not up to standard.
Any Refund request needs to be reported within 7 Days of receipt of the product/service. In case you feel that the product/service experience is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our team within 7 Days of receiving the product by writing to somajna@outlook.com. The Somajna team will look into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any refunds approved by the Somajna LLP, it will take 6-8 Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Somajna Privacy Policy

This policy applies to information collected by us on our website. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, and delete your information.

We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information about you, unless you choose to fill out your information on this website through specifically provided forms. In general, you may browse our website without providing any Personal Identifiable Information about yourself. We do automatically collect certain information when you visit our website such as the type of operating system, the type of browser you are using, your IP address in order to provide better usability and personalized experience.
Somajna shall only process the received information pursuant to pursue our legitimate business interests for establishing communication with prospective customers and personnel with general/ business inquiries.
How Somajna normally uses information about you
Somajna may use certain information to analyse site usage to improve our website such as browser type & settings, application/device you’re using, operating system, network information etc. We may also use information such as terms or content you search our website for etc.
The PII we collect may include your First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address, Job Title, Organization Name, Country, City and Phone Number when you fill forms on or raise a query through our website, or send emails, call us or write to us. We use Personally Identifiable Information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry or to process an application form you have completed on our website or to respond to any legal process or as required by law in response to any court order, subpoena or a law enforcement agency or to take action against any illegal activity and to address any potential threat to the physical safety of a person.
We may also use it to keep you informed about our product offerings and updates, which maybe of relevance to you. This helps us to continue to provide new and value-added services to our clients and users.
We also gather information to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security risks and technical issues that may pose risks for Somajna or its customers and/or employees.

We may share your Personal Identifiable Information within Somajna or with any of our subsidiaries and very occasionally our business partners, service vendors or authorized third-party agents located in any part of the world for the purposes of data processing, enrichment, storage, or to provide a requested service or transaction, after ensuring that such entities are contractually bound by data privacy obligations. However, we will seek your permission before we share your PII outside of Somajna.

Somajna respects your privacy considerations and hence provides you an option to refuse to provide your Personally Identifiable Information or information sought to be collected.

Authenticity of PII
Somajna shall not be responsible for the authenticity of the information and it is your duty to ensure that the information provided is authentic.

Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a text-only string of information that a website transfers to the cookie file of the browser on your computer’s hard disk so that website can remember who you are.
Data storage and retention
Your PII is stored in databases located at India and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services that Somajna engages.
Somajna shall retain your PII pursuant to the business purposes and in line with our retention policies.
PII received from prospective customers shall be retained for the duration of the prospective customer’s business relationship with the Somajna.
Protection for Minors
The website is not directed to children under the age of sixteen (16). Somajna does not knowingly solicit PII from or market to anyone under sixteen (16) years of age. If you believe that we have received information from a minor, please notify us immediately and we will ensure that reasonable efforts will be made by us to delete such information from our database.
Links to third party websites
Our website may contain links to other sites including social media sites, whose information practices may be different from ours. You should read such third party’s websites privacy notices and Somajna does not control those sites or their privacy practices. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites.
Information Security & Privacy Protection
Somajna utilizes appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Somajna takes reasonable steps to ensure that all dealings in personally identifiable information is processed fairly & lawfully after receiving consent of the information provider. Somajna may retain your personally identifiable information as long as there is a business requirement, or if otherwise required under applicable laws.
