The Landscape of Organisational Transformation

Our workshops and retreats have all emerged over the last five years, connecting the dots between stories of different clients leading to a similar underlying pattern. All these organisations were going through major transformations that required attention at the human foundation level. They came to us at different points in their journey and what we built for one client slowly went on to become a flagship program for us.

With our collective experience and insights we have about the landscape of organisational transformation, today, we meet our clients wherever they may be in their transformation journey.

Organisations transform when their systemic, social and psychological forces

align around a shared purpose.

Transformations are never linear; they move forward in waves of transitions, with each transition bringing its own challenges. This is the central principle that underpins all our interventions. The graphic below depicts the landscape and how our interventions address the ‘knots’ at each transitional phase of the journey.

Landscape of OT.png

Knots are the unintended side effects of a transition which show up as ‘human challenges’ and slow down momentum. Our workshops address the underlying concerns for each knot, thereby creating the required forward momentum.

Thought most of the workshops are designed for senior leadership teams, we do engage further in the organisation based on the context and specific requirements that may show up. The table below outlines our workshops and retreats. Please click on each tab to know more.

Leadership Capability in Focus: Strategic Alignment; the ability to align vision, strategy and culture around a shared future. By engaging their collective wisdom and aspirations, participants create a shared vision that paves the way for growth through clarity, alignment & shared accountability.

Through assessment, development and coaching, leaders learn how to transform business presentations and strategic messages into stories that are authentic, inspiring and memorable enabling them to engage stakeholders more effectively.
