The Arc of Conflict

If people at any workplace care enough about what they do, conflict is inevitable. However, the cost of carrying conflicts can be debilitating for any team or organisation. Far too often, they remain unresolved due to the reluctance of the involved parties to examine root causes, a process which can make one feel vulnerable and therefore unwilling to accept the help required to move the conversation forward.Participants in this program learn to discover the true nature of their conflict and with the conflict resolution model, find their own paths to resolution.
